2. Why we collect it

We use your information only for the purposes you provided it, specifically to:

• Contact you regarding vehicle purchases, financing, trade-ins, test drives, Carfax reports, or other inquiries you submit.

Submissions are stored in our secure backend hosted on cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access is restricted to Veronika and, where required, licensed lending partners you specifically apply through. We retain your information only as long as necessary to serve your request and to meet legal record-keeping obligations, and then securely delete it.

• Veronika Pihuliak, your automotive consultant.
• Trusted service providers who help operate this website (e.g. hosting, email delivery), bound by confidentiality.
• Lending partners, only when you submit a financing application intended for them.

5. Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate information.
• Withdraw your consent and ask us to delete your information (subject to any legal retention obligations).
